I got a long roman nose.. masks don't usually fit well on me as a result.. so I find doing the pretzel helps with that.. had no idea it made breathing easier.

Lucky.. we're heading into fall.. although I like the fall (probably my favorite season).. but then comes winter.. and where I live.. that means a lot of snow.
