Yes it does. She has lupus and it helps her weak immune system fight off pollen allergies. She has breathing problems as well so it helps in the regard too.Honestly, I thought I had outgrown them to a large extent. I sense my allergies are coming on, I take Zyrtek every morning and it seems much better than when I was younger. But today said that was a lie. I hit the tractor on the right day, I guess.
