Nevertheless, that doesn't mean headship with the right person is bad.

No, I disagree. As a system it is intrinsically bad. Hierarchy has no place in marriage.

God did not create marriage because it was necessary to be a complement to someone else, but instead because we require companionship of other human beings. Each and every individual human being is an entire and full person in and of himself or herself. To say that to get married, we need to find our "complement" or "soul mate" or some other such nonsense is not scriptural as that was not the purpose for marriage and people are not incomplete people until their marriage partner is found.

Yes, the two become one flesh when they marry, but it doesn't in any way mean that either were incomplete people beforehand, but once you marry, then you are subject to each others needs (Ephesians 5:21).

God is our ONLY spiritual authority. To put another human being on that pedestal is idolatry.

The problem with the second video is that it doesn't address ANY of the problems with bullying behavior, abuse, and harassment that the first video attempts to address. Pretending those things don't exist isn't a solution.
But are those exclusively male misconducts?
Both sexes can have evil behaviour.
There is a difference though in how it is expressed.

Headship means responsibility and care.
It doesn't mean dictatorial regime.
Hierarchy has no place in marriage.
I would say that depends on what aspect of marriage you're talking about.

"The most dangerous place for women is in their own homes, a new report from the United Nations concludes.

The U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) released the “Global Study on Homicide: Gender-related Killing of Women and Girls” on Sunday to coincide with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The report analyzed the violence perpetrated against women worldwide in 2017, looking at intimate partner violence and family-related killings such as dowry- and honor-related murders.

Last year, 87,000 women were murdered around the world, and more than half (50,000 or 58 percent) were killed by partners or family members. Over a third (30,000) of those intentionally killed last year were murdered by a current or former intimate partner. This means that, globally, six women are killed every hour by someone they know."

Domestic Violence Is The Most Common Killer Of Women Around The World
The above and other such things are why we still need feminism. For *social* reasons. Because gender-based violence and oppression is still very much in play.

Spiritually, we are indeed all evil without the grace of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. If there is any difference in how evil behavior is expressed between men and women, largely due to the cultures we humans have developed in our wickedness, then perhaps there would need to still be some differences in how we address it.

How do you know that the majority of men (or women) are good people? People are not good by nature and it is only through the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit that we do good and not evil all the time continuously like in the days of Noah.
Matthew 24:37-39 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
