I love beekeeping and even more so I love catching honeybee swarms. Normally swarms are not too aggressive as they have no hive to protect, but from time to time I find the rowdy bunch. Last one I got was at a saw mill, I had on shorts and a tshirt with sandals. I got a box and a ladder from the owner and climbed up into the tree to get them. I was stung so many times I could hardly bend my arms or legs and my one eye was swallen shut, but I got the swarm with the queen!

i first heard it in a movie "Fried Green Tomatoes"...thought of it when i saw what you wrote...you gots a gift, mon....and aren't bees one of God's remarkable creatures?
