Prayer request that my sweetheart gets a job with my Uncle... They are in need of someone who doesn't mind heights which my sweetheart doesn't. Only thing right now that's kinda iffy is that his license is suspended til (that we know of) it can be paid off and he can get it re-instated so please pray that he can get this job and work things out!

Another co-worker here has lost her (adult) son... suddenly and without warning. Please keep them in prayer, the last name is Murphy.

My pastor's mother is in her last days... she's a Christian and is surrounded by family and is at peace. Just pray that her passing is peaceful and pain-free. And comfort for the family, of course. Thank you everyone so much.

Please keep Thing 2 (my 11 year old) in your prayers. His math grade is slipping and tonight I had to ground him from all technology.

Pray that we can help him get his grade up and he gets his confidence back.

Stay strong, Daffy! Been there before with Josh. Does Thing 2 get along well with the teacher? Unfortunately I've learned that suckish teachers often produce suckish grades from kids. Josh's grades and performance in 5th grade compared to 4th grade are night and day; his teachers last year were...suckish...this year his teachers are kind, patient, helpful, understanding, etc, and his grades have totally recovered.

Woke up with a pit feeling in my stomach... My sweetheart had a missed call from a restricted number and the only person we can think of is the sheriff's department. Yet he hasn't done anything wrong!

My 11 year old, Thing 1, has been dealing with a bully at church. He has an appointment set up to talk to his teacher about this. Pray that Thing 1 will be able to convey what happened in truth and not exaggerate and also that his teacher will be receptive and take the proper measures to stop this from happening again.

Praise that I have so far stayed out of the ordeal. It wouldn't be pretty if I got involved.

Thing 2 talked to his teacher last night and come to find out this boy has been bullying other kids as well. They all took a united front and talked to him about it. I am very proud that he was able to do this and not be scared.

This is a praise + prayer request.
Praises that safe travel ensued, and I didn't get lost at all. Which is amazing since I haven't been home in over 2 years.

Prayers requested for my brother and sister in law. The funeral was hard on them, and depression may be just around the bend.

Please pray for my workplace and my co-workers who are trying to make ends meet.
Just found out our slowdown may last until the 28th of November.

That's a whole month off of work for some. The original date we were given was the 7th or the 14th. I'm not struggling, but many of my co-workers have families to feed and rent due.

There is a man that lives in a group home for the mentally ill. He got saved and joined the chruch. I stopped picking him up because he doesn't have his own power of attorney. If he were to get in an accident in the car or at church, the people that handle his affairs could easily sue. I don't hesitate to think for a second that they wouldn't. I have some experience with dealing with group home people. I know a little about how they operate.

Anyway, I've been back and forth with these folks submitting liability wavers for them to sign. So far they've refused, finding something wrong with the wording. I just gave them another versiosn 10 minutes ago. The woman said she would review it with a colleague and that I could check back on it in the middle of the week.

Prayer: Pray that they will finally sign the release so that this guy can start coming back to church, fellowships, and discipleship meetings, etc. Also pray for the man himself that he will stay close to the Lord in the mean time. Lastly, for me. I need wisdom and patience. Thanks

Update: I received the completed forms I needed this afternoon. Thanks to everyone who prayed. God answered!

Follow up: Pray that God will give grace and that I will not fail the grace He gives to invest my life in this man.

Ughh i'm posting in here way to much... if you could keep my moms aunt in your prayers I don't think it's going to be much longer she has a form of cancer from what I understood a while back it was a rare kind that not much could help and we just seen a picture it doesn't look good , I don't think it'll be long.Why must it happen in 3's!! I really don't know her that much but it'll be 4 or 5 in my immediate and extended family this year.

Urgent request for a friend of mine... She's like my big sister... I met her five years ago at a Kelly Clarkson concert and we have been oober close ever since. She called me today saying she found out she was pregnant last week but ever since she had her little boy, she's been having problems. She just called me in tears because she was hemmoraging around the baby and they had the terminate the pregnancy!
