What I see might occur after this war with Israel and Hamas.

I thought I`d give some thoughts on what I see might occur following the `war` now in progress with Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

First there needs a bit of background concerning the two sides of Islam. The Sunni and Shi-ites. When Mohammed died the Shi - ites believe that his son-in-law was the rightful leader, however the Sunnis believe it was the `anointed leader to be in charge. Thus, over many centuries there has been much fighting between the two groups.

In the `8o`s there was the 7 year long war between the two groups. Then in the `90`s the Iraq war with the US and Saddam. Next came al-Qaida, (Sunni) terrorist group bringing terror across the region – Iraq, Afghanistan, North Africa etc.

During that time some Sunni militants tricked about a 100 Shi - ite young men into going to a certain place, but there they were killed and their bodies thrown into the river below. Horrifying. The Shi - ites would not forget this atrocity.

So, now we have a Sunni led (Hamas) group venturing out of their enclave to attack innocent women and children. Iran is supposed to have instigated this. Iran is Shi - ite, and to my mind they have sacrificed the Sunni (Hamas) to Israel`s wrath and while Israel`s military is busy down south they will attack from the north. Thus, Ez. 38 & 39.

In chess you often sacrifice a lesser piece for a greater advantage.

No, I don't think this is it. In the Ez 38 Israel will be at peace without border walls when they are attacked. It will look like what is happening now with Israel being caught off guard. Hamas and Hezbollah and Damascus will be destroyed first. That is what I see.

What I think is soon to happen, according to the events laid out in Daniel 11, is the Syrian based Shi'ia, backed by the Iranians' (the king of the south's, Ali Khameini) will create chaos in Israel's north border. This will lead to the rise of king of the north, becoming strong with a small people, who are probably the Sunni based, fierce fighting Kurds. Cheered on by the industrial giants of the west, this man, the King of the North, will take on the Persians, humbling them (Persia) into a seemingly non-threatening status. He will be viewed as the "Savior" of middle eastern oil, garnering the support of many "upright ones". The world is secretly clamoring for someone to take on the Persians. That is my thoughts on how he will arise.

I think we must keep praying for Israel and supporting the West's greatest ally in the Middle East. I've heard that one of the chants Palestinian school children are taught to shout, is "First the Saturday people. Then the Sunday people".

I'm almost 100% sure that the world's violent have plans for the people in the West too.

I'm praying for Israel. I'm praying for wisdom.

I agree that Shiite Muslims/Iran are using the Sunni terrorist group Hamas as a "chess piece," sacrificing them to obtain some advantage. And it may indeed invite an attack from the North, depending on the outcome. I think Iran sits back and waits to watch for world opinion.

They know that they have US Legacy Media on their side, Biden and his administration on their side, Russia and China on their side, as well as the entire Muslim world. They think, why not precipitate something that will enlarge public opinion on their side, on the side of "poor, deprived Palestinians" who have no real home of their own, no electricity, no jobs--just massive quantities of guns and knives?

Iran's goal is simple. It wants to be the supreme power representing Islam in the world. To get that they need to extinguish Western, Christian, and Jewish influences and power bases in the region, ie Israel. And they need nukes to accomplish this, because the world isn't going to fight Armageddon to get them what they want.

No, Europe will also want to be the dominant power in the world, and presently Russia wants to be the main European power, representing the West. China wants to be the dominant power, representing the East. This will be worked out at Armageddon, but not before.

Excellent point that the Hebrew word for 'violence' is 'chamas'.

The Prophecy in Psalms 7 is also in Joel 3:4, Habakkuk 3:14, Psalms 64:7-9, Obadiah 15.
When the time is right, Iran will attempt to fire nuke missiles to Israel. This will trigger the Lord's fiery wrath. and He will destroy them; their leaders by their own weapons, as those nukes will explode on the launch pad. Jeremiah 49:34-37

Yes Handmaid I thought of that too. However, I know that the Golan heights is the part of Israel that does not have walls and no one is attacking them. The UN has declared Israel an occupying power there, so anyone attacking that area would be hailed a hero, getting the land back for Syria, (I think).

The Saudis are already brokering a peace deal with Israel, largely to counteract Iran's leadership of the Shiite world.

I just heard on Fox News that within the hour 250 missiles were fired into Gaza as 100K Israeli troops approached the border. At the same time, some rockets were fired from both Syria and Lebanon.

Oddly, Biden's speech, as good as it was, supporting Israel, completely ignored the main culprit--Iran. And we have all of these Woke students and pro-Islamic protestors demonstrating on behalf of Hamas.

It's frightening how America is turning from a compassionate country to a country every bit as radical as cold-blooded killers like Hitler. It can't get much worse unless there is a strong conservative movement to stem the tide, and turn things back to Christian morality.

However, the moral authority of the Catholic Pope is being lost, along with a weakening of resolve among evangelicals. Our hope is in Christ who will maintain a strong minority, a remnant of faithful believers, even as the book of Revelation predicted.

Yes, I see that, however THE Peace treaty after the Russian war with Israel will be with a man from Iraq. He is called the Assyrian, (Formerly Iraq, Syria & Jordan).
