that doesn't exclude that there is a possiblility that
you may be joined in the future with a true spiritual mate. many times our Lord separates us so that we
may sift through our lives and find out what needs
to be thrown out and what needs to be kept and
what is truly important and what is mere vanity.
God has a way of educating us, it is up to us
whether we come willingly or with our heels dug
into the sand.

In Calculus we used a slide ruler, I don't think you can even find a new one of those, you need to check out the used thrift shops for one of those gems. Imagine doing long division by hand. We did.
Imagine only three tv stations, the choices were better in those days with three than what we have now with hundreds of choices.
In those days life seemed more hopeful than it is now, a fight in high school meant fist fight, no guns or knives. So it goes. Gas was only 18.9 cents a gallon.

well im glad we have calculators or i would fail math but i Find older people funny and have the best storys to tell even though they can go on for ever. Im not even shure what a slide ruler is. And i shure wish gas was 18.9 cents a gallon agian. Yep thoughs were the good old days.

I have something to add....Christian music has changed..and if you want to get my generations attention play Christian music that teens and young adults would like...like Pillar...Third Day...Toby Mac...etc....they have good lyrics too..but its the beat that gets our attention first
