kierkegaard was a famous danish philosopher who is noted for his influence on existentialism. His primary branch was christian existentialism. I always liked his writings and have a little danish pride so i thought it was very fitting.

The 214 is the month and day of my birth, Feb 14.

It is also said that Onesimus later became Bishop of Ephesus.

Onesimus is also the screen name that I use on Halo and Halo II. It is appropriate because the literal meaning is "useful" or "useful one" and I tend to have as many assists as points.

I also like the name/meaning because I like to work on homes with the Salkehatchie Summer Service Project. Although I do not know everything about construction I like to think that I am useful.

The 85 is the year that I was born.

i was walking thur a hall in my dorm and i saw a picture that sayed " join the Moonlight Parade, and raise money for a good cause" it sort of struck me.. and that night it was a full moon, and my blinds never worked, so they were up. and my room was flooded with moonlight, and that is how i got the name....

Way before I came across this site I came up with my alias:

Diane is my middle name and instead of using my real surname that starts with a W I decided to use Windsor. I chose Windsor because I like the name, not neccessarily because of the British Royal Family-although I am a royal watcher.

ETA: I put the _ between Diane and Windsor because that is how my university did their email addies.

My name is Hank. I am a Dad.
My son's name is also Hank.
We are not Sr & Jr because our middle names are different but...
we played church softball together and played next to each other in the outfield so the other outfielders started calling him Junior.
That led to Dad Sr for this site.
