I run a Christ centered, online gaming community and this is my handle for that team. The team's name is "Children of our Lord". I am it's founder, hence the name Genesis.

Amisk reporting. I believe that my panhandle is likely a Russian or German word. I expect it was somebody's surname which wound up as the name of a little farming village tucked neatly into the sand-hills of the province of Alberta Canada. Author Len Colp picked the name up for a character in his book "Barefoot Days" and I thought it would stand me good as well.

If anyone has a dictionary meaning for the word I would be interested in seeing it.

Rin is short for my name Erin. 4 Christ means I am "for Christ" I try to live my life for him. I am all for him (like I am all for that idea). It also makes me think of political slogans or bumper stickers that proclaim someones beleifs (example "teachers 4 smith" for a political candidate that had a strong education platform)

Mine used to be GraceMercyPeace. I chose that because Paul sometimes would greet people with "Grace, mercy and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ." However, there was another Grace (GraceInHim) in a forum here that I used to frequent, and people were getting us confused. Since she had the name first, I decided to change mine.

I chose "contriteheart" because the Bible says that a broken and contrite heart God will not despise. And quite honestly, I have a lot of sin to be contrite about.
