Evolution is not just limited to biological origins and life.
"not just"?
Evolution has, in fact,
nothing to say about "biological origins".
Evolution talks about the origins of
species, the process that
existing life is subject to.
It has nothing to say about the origins of life itself.
It is the foundation for other spheres of academia.
Sure. You could call it "the unified field theory of biology".
Darwinist anthropology claims that religions evolved
Well, they demonstrably did, didn't they?
Just look at the history of abrahamic religion in the middle east. Eventhough that might be a bit hard for you with your christian bias.
But clearly, we can trace the very roots of judaism back to the polytheistic religions that existed in those very regions.
Ancient Polytheism: root
Judaism: abrahamic religion 1.0
Christianity: 2.0
Islam: 3.0
To this day, new religions are being invented.
Religion is the invention of humankind, a social and political construct.
I agree. Common sense dictates this even.
There are hundreds of religions available. All of the mutually exclusive. Necessarily, at least 99.99% of them must have been invented and can not be correct.
More then likely, since all religions make the same type of claims (without support), this is the case for 100% of them.
But the truth of the matter is that religion is given by revelation.
That's what all the religions claim, yes.
But as said above, they can't all be right. But they CAN all be wrong....
When Jesus created human beings some 40,000+ years ago they all would have known
directly of the Creation and worshipped the great Spirit that created them.
But then somehow, they managed to forget about it.
Strange, isn't it?
But over these millennia religion has deteriorated and degenerated [fallen] from the truth
and become a myriad of creation myths and stories derived from a long-forgotten origin.
The actually timeline of human history does not support your beliefs.
Monotheism came AFTER polytheism. And long after it as well.
There is zero reason to believe that religion started out as a SINGLE belief in a monotheistic religion. There is MUCH reason to believe that abrahamic monotheism was developed out of polytheistic religions - and not even that long ago.
Hence today anthropologists and Bible scholars claim that religious texts and stories evolved
from one previous culture to the next.
Which is obviously the case...........
