Actually I think my last post had quite a bit to say about original topic. What I was saying is that speaking the truth is more than just a matter of quoting scripture. Afterall, even the devil has been known to do that. And we must also look at our motives in speaking the truth. Are we speaking to uplift or correct this other person with true motives. Or are we speaking to make ourselves look more holy, knolwedgeable, or to inflate ourselves. We should speak the truth, but our motives must also be true and not focused on ourselves.Dear Silentpoet
