Living in St. Louis, I've starting collecting memorabilia from our recently departed airline, TWA. They were a client of ours, and what has happened to their employees since being bought out by American is a shame, but that's another story. Among other stuff, I have a pair of pilot wings, two sets of first class silverware, two desktop plane models, and a neat travel agent poster of New York City that still shows the twin towers.

:thumbsup:that's a neat one to collect for. My daughter worked for american air lines.
I like to estate sale in the st. louis area. and I collect lace and embroidery pillow cases in sets and lace and embroidery dresser scarves. I also collect old cut glass and good old dishes. I have a set worth a small fortune right now. and drawers full of embroidery work. and quilts.:crossrc:

I've temporarily stopped collecting things because of time, money and space. But once my hubby and I get a bigger house someday, I want to start collecting wolf items, music boxes and teddybears again. :)
yeah, I ccollect music boxes too. they take up alot of room but I love the music boxes too. so I just make a space for one or two or three over and over again. ha. til i am running out of room too.
