Be careful that whatever it is you are implying about the Holy Spirit does not subordinate the Holy Spirit to Christ Jesus - or Christ Jesus to the Holy Spirit. I'm not quite sure I understand what limits you might mean to suggest by your question though, and I am urging only caution, not charging you with anything.

Paul said that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit - that doesn't make us God. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit.

I believe God the Son is God for the same reason God the Father is God and God the Holy Spirit is God.
