CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

most of it is pretty lame. but Grits does some pretty sweet stuff... and I love Mars Ill.

Personally, I hate rap music.. more of a rock kind of girl. I think if the rappers are doing all they can to reach out with their music that it is great! Whatever it takes to gain another believer.

i don't know but i just bought Ill Harmonics(i think) for my sister from parables (a christian borders) and she loves it. It is way better than the other rap my sister listens too.

Some Christian Rap is really good, like Grits. but some of them kinda sound like their just trying way to hard.

I personally don't like rap that much... but I like John Rueben a lot, I just saw him in concert on Saturday and he rocked!! He had his new CD for sell there- The Boy Vs. The Cynic, even though it doesn't come out till Tuesday. I bought and it's really good... he even signed it for me. I totally reccomend it, even if you don't like rap cause it's awesome.
Grits was there too... I couldn't wait for their set to be done, they are way to rappy for me (i know it's wierd, I like John Reuben but can't stand grits.. but grits is a lot more hip hoppy, which i don't like, if you understand what i mean)

kj-52, john reuben is coo , i heard this new guy his name is flame check him out....
all in all i think kj- 52 is the best out there right now the message he brings in each song on the behind the musik cd is awesome i cannot wait for the life after death video to get done
