What do Cessationists believe??

In a nutshell, cessationsists believe the more spectacular gifts of God have left Earth. These gifts are evident in the early church - speaking in tongues, prophecy, miracles, etc. These are known as "power" gifts because they occur when God directly intervenes in the world.

Granted, it goes futher than that, but that's the main point belief structure.
