As far as what I'm eating tonight.. not sure.. probably some fast food place.

Cook the duck on a rack in the pan so the grease will drain off. He’s very fatty. Or get a Peking Duck from an Asian market.

I used to eat quite unhealthily until my GP told me that my cholesterol was high. So I try to choose foods that are low in saturates.
I used to smoke ciggies so that probably didn't help. I used to think that one cigarette counted towards my ten a day (haha, not really!).
