I dreamt about eating pancakes! So this morning I made apple and blackberry pancakes All cravings satisfied!

That's funny, I had the pan cake craving also:

Lol, perfectly good turkey.. just without a sense of smell.. things like turkey are almost tasteless. Especially the white meat.. lol.

I haven't heard a turkey tale in years! This guy I knew went to dinner at a lady's house. He said the bird was white. I said, what? He said, w-h-i-t-e! I laughed so hard I cried.

Curious do you think turkey has a lot of taste? Because I've heard others complain about turkey too. I listen to a radio show every morning and one of the hosts went on a funny rant about how overrated turkey is and how it shouldn't be a staple meal for Thanksgiving. Lol.

Turkey is very lean. Fat adds a lot of flavor. You need a good bird. Or opt for goose or duck instead. You can inject it or brine it.

If you're buying commercial, kosher meat is the best. They salt it and remove the blood. The meat has better texture and flavor. Otherwise, get him from a farmer. You'll have better quality.
