I used to eat once per day but the doctor told me to eat more. I didn’t feel hunger until noon. But I get up at 5. She said the gap was too wide.
No. The gym is closed and the beach is crowded.
Yeah that scares me.. like maybe this is hurting my body. There was a month or two where I ate a small lunch and a more medium dinner. The lunch is fine, but its just too tempting to overeat during dinner.
Yeah, especially during this pandemic. You don't want to work out in public. I just work out at home. Pushups and whatnot. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.
My stomach shrinks and I get full faster. I’m trying to work up to 3 meals.
I do wonder what a fast is like. Anyone have a personal record for that?
Yeah it can become pretty annoying. Although I found one thing that helps is not thinking about the exercise until you do it. I do not psyche myself out.I need motivation right now. He’ll tell me to do it and I’ll be back on my routine.
I used to fast often. 1-3 days and sunrise to sunset.
Shrinks if you only eat one meal a day? So you were underweight? Maybe I'll have to look at the side effects of this.. oh man.. lol.
3 meals? Probably been a good 20 years since I regularly ate 3 meals. Never been much of a breakfast person.

My consumption is lower because I’m home. My protein intake was too low. My daughter just did a plant-based diet for 3 months and I was miserable! I felt sluggish and exhausted. I needed meat.
I’m not a breakfast person either. But I don’t sleep a lot and that messes with my metabolism.
