Thanks for the link. The springs in my area are downstate. Primarily in the rural portion. I'm a long way from there.

Not all springs are listed on the site, the one i use in crugar is not listed. There is one (Hammill springs) listed near sturgis Ms on that site, i have been there several times, but it is 2hrs from my home.

But there still may be one near you (within an hr or so) you never know.

If you are speaking of the silver, I did not get that impression from reading the description. It is stated that as they are used unlike copper whose lining (tin or silver will eventually wear away) these solid silver pans will never wear away. The description states you are cooking directly on solid silver. This is from duparquet

It's my first time ever doing it, but I purchased it for my cleanse days and it's all clean ingredients inside of it.

So, I know I had a choice between chicken and vegetable bone broth. Not sure if there are any more flavors besides that.

I had Covid-19 for two weeks and lost my sense of taste and of smell. I'm feeling better now and my senses have finally returned (thank you, Jesus). This experience has made me realize how privileged we are to have them; I know I won't take them for granted again.

Throughout the day, I usually drink powdered drinks.

I eat about 2-3 times. Two bone broths and a tiny bag of Whey Chips (bbq flavored). I do try to eat or drink every 2 hours. It's a strict schedule for my eating on Wednesdays:

Breakfast: 2 powdered drinks/A capsule to help with metabolism
Morning Snack: Bone broth/Energy drink (it's all clean ingredients in it)
Lunch: Powdered drink/A capsule to help with metabolism
Afternoon Snack: Powdered Drink/Bone Broth/Whey Chips
Dinner: Powdered Drink
