Nope, no crumbled graham crackers on top. But if you stick around here after quarantines have ended you just might. We have a Cheesecake Factory here in town too.
Does the menu of that place stress you out?

Because it does to me.

I'm planning to stay. No one has scared me as of yet :D

Lol, no. Why would it stress you out?
TBH, it just moved in. And I've only been inside it once.
Well, stay blessed then. But there are some KOOKS here. Just to forewarn ya.
They didn't have to put up the 'sexual suggestive contact' thread for nothing. Just keep a tough skin, roll with the punches, and most of all keep close to God's heart..And you'll be a-okay.

That's right....it's a thread about FOOD.

Either take pictures and post it or just tell me.

Let's make everyone drool.

I had a protein shake this morning. Honestly, I don't have much of an appetite today, for some reason.

Tonight, I'm making baked tacos, though! :) All clean ingredients and literally the TASTIEST thing ever

I won't be sharing ;)

What about you?!

Actually for me - what it was I last ate - something that I just made myself, as well. A recipe the person who taught it me calls "taco soup".

It stresses me out because it's like, 30 pages long. It makes choosing what I want difficult. Haha.

And, I'm not worried. Lol, thanks for looking out for me!

I am fine and last time I checked, I'm a pretty tough gal. And, I can handle myself....MOOOOST of the time ;) :)

So, I had a friend from college who dipped her fries in mayo. I've never tried it! Do you put anything in the mayo to season it?
I use "Zaanse Mayonaise", which is perfect as it is.
Very creamy and greasy. :D
Not the sour vinegar taste other types have.

I have a Dutch brother in law who thinks I'm mental for hating croquette. I think they're the ugliest food in the world - honestly can't stand them.
Is it the ragout or the breadcrumbs on the outside you don't like?

Wouldn't know, not a huge fan of mayo. Buuuuuut, I know people who use it. I knew someone who put mayo in their tacos.

Bahaha, right? He was a picky eater and I just felt that contradicted his pickiness.

Grilled chicken tacos.
Oh gosh, making me drool over here.

What did you put on it?!

It DOES contradict his pickiness. I feel like I would not get along with this person, haha. Now I use to be a very picky person. Like only eating chicken when I went out to restaurants, never beef, never cheeseburgers. When I was little I went through a phase of only eating Taco Bell when we'd go out or Burger King nuggets, haha.

Thankfully I'm way less picky now. I eat things now that I never thought I ever would. I think because things changed so much for my Mom and I, "icky" food is the least of my worries. lol

But there are just some things you don't mix.... Like a friend posted they put onions in their chocolate ice cream, I almost defriended them. :p

It was very weird, indeed. :)

ONIONS IN THEIR ICE CREAM?! It looks like you need new friends.

Was it cooked??

And yeah, this dude and I no longer converse with each other...because of the mayo. ;)

Kidding. But seriously, we don't talk anymore. Haha.

Spinach, baked beans, and pasta.
All mixed together?!

I followed this recipe: Creamy Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos Recipe by Tasty
They were delicious!
I haven't looked at it, but the title sounds delicious! I might need to check it out and cook it next week!

It was plain oatmeal with artificial sweetener
Oh, delicious!

Spaghetti.
With bread? It isn't complete without bread.

No bread. I try to space out my grocery trips during the pandemic, which means I ration my bread. Since I'm working at home and therefore moving less, I'm also making an effort to eat less in a day. I do appreciate garlic bread with spaghetti when I can be more indulgent, though.
