I am looking for a denomination, but I am having a difficult time choosing which one. Here are some of my beliefs, feel free to ask about other ones, or to ask for further explanation of what I believe:

1 I am a full TULIP Calvinist
2 I ask intersession from Mary
3 I believe in transubstantiation
4 I believe that the Bible is not inherent, but it is inspired.
5 I believe that the charismatic gifts are for today
6 I think purgatory is a place for beautifying the elect, not punishing them.
7 I am an annihilationist
8 I don't believe the sacraments are required for salvation.
9 I don't believe that sins should be confessed to a priest
10 I don't believe the pope is infallible
11 I am a premilenialist
12 I lean towards young earth creationism
13 The OT laws are not still valid today, only what they teach is
14 I don't believe in penal substitution, but rather a substitutionary/ransom view

Don't pick "Other"
I meant for "other" to be a means suggesting a denomination other then the ones listed, not for telling me that I don't fit in any of them, I already know that. Finding the best fit is the aim of this thread.

I would say since I don't think one exists that will meet all your criteria, but I would say Lutheran may comes the closest.

Not the Confessional kind of Lutheran, though.

1 I am a full TULIP Calvinist - no.
2 I ask intercession from Mary - ma-a-a-a-ybe, but prob no.
3 I believe in transubstantiation - no. Real Presence, yes.
4 I believe that the Bible is not inherent, but it is inspired. - no.
5 I believe that the charismatic gifts are for today - no.
6 I think purgatory is a place for beautifying the elect, not punishing them. - no.
7 I am an annihilationist - no.
8 I don't believe the sacraments are required for salvation. - no. Sacraments are means of grace.
9 I don't believe that sins should be confessed to a priest - no. must, should or could? We practice voluntary private confession & absolution.
10 I don't believe the pope is infallible - yes.
11 I am a premilenialist - no. Amillennialist.
12 I lean towards young earth creationism - yes.
13 The OT laws are not still valid today, only what they teach is - yes ... sorta. Law is still valid, Christians not under the law.
14 I don't believe in penal substitution, but rather a substitutionary/ransom view - yes.

You might fit in with the ELCA, or Episcopalian they have a pretty big tent. The Charismatic Episcopal Church is probably the best fit since they embrace many of your positions and probably don't really care about the ones they don't.

You don't fit in anywhere actually. The ones I marked as red aren't even under the umbrella of orthodoxy. So, no offense, but you're really in pretty bad shape theologically. I suggest you find a Reformed Church in teh NAPARC communion : http://www.naparc.org/ and learn from them.

If you are just looking for a place to fit in, you should go to an ELCA Lutheran or a PC-USA, both are liberal and pretty much anything goes there.

Edit: If you're up for it, I recommend a good Baptist Church above the others. YOu could learn a lot from them. For some reason though you gave the the impression you hold to paedobaptism, so I recommended the NAPARC instead.
