I'm about half way up both sleeves (working them in tandem). Should start putting the pieces together this weekend. Have to get the buttons for it.

I'm not sure how you would do that either, unless you have software for reducing your photos or maybe join something like Flickr and send from there? You could post a thread asking about it on Questions About Christian Forums.

Knitting a fuzzy yarn slipper for the umpteenth time. Yesterday I started on a doll-size fish-and-chip-baby jumper for a Mary Maxim doll for a Christmas shoe box. I have also been casting on a tubular double-knit mug warmer. The cast-on isn't looking quite right.

working on a scrap quilt... sewing machine broke a while back and i never got it fixed, so this is my first one that is all by hand. it's about 3 x 3 feet at this time. i don't have a pattern, just adding a row at a time and it's turning out lovely.

That sounds like a major task! Good for you not being put off by a broken machine. Glad to hear your quilt is turning out well. Do you think you'll have your machine fixed?

Yes, I am a slow knitter and the shoeboxes have to be sent out at the beginning of November. I have one more row to do in the jumper, then I'll start another one.

What about you? What's your current project?

To be honest, Christmas seems so far away that I've not gotten around to doing anything for it yet...

I am working on a digital artwork of a cross right now. I will upload it to an album once it is done Here is what I have so far. It will be MUCH bigger because I plan on printing it on canvas to hang on my wall.

Do you only knit Christmas projects? It has a habit of creeping up on us lol. I have so many potential recipients of knitted gifts that I don't knit any now, especially as I am such a slow knitter.
