Today I'm thankful for the people here at CF with whom I can fellowship and get/give advice and support ... protein bars (without which I have no clue what I'd be eating), treatment for various mental illnesses, love - from God and family/friends/boyfriend -, chai, good books, and my SI recovery bracelet.

I'm thankful for dark chocolate, my Heavenly Daddy, the opportunity to learn and the ability to do so, meds that work, and the promise of snow!!

I'm thankful for the ability to sleep and rest my weary body and troubled mind. For being able to enjoy myself more now than I used to. And for sunshine on what was forecast to be a rainy day.

I'm thankful for being able to enjoy food again - well, sort of - haven't quite got all the way there yet. For backrubs and sharp pencils and digital cameras and God's blessings. For hands and eye shadow and chai and the ability to cook and not burn things. For hugs and CF and good memories.

I'm thankful for music too, and cuddly cats, and unexpected phone calls from my special one. I'm thankful for hot chai with soymilk, stuffed animals, soothing lotion, and bubble baths. I'm thankful for fun socks, the color black, and the ability to learn and study. The scent of fallen leaves and the sound of falling snow. I'm thankful for life, and for days when I realise that I am thankful for life.

I'm thankful for surviving the bad nights, for warm hugs and raspberry lattes. I'm thankful for toasty warm wood fires, on cold and windy evenings. I'm thankful for the blustery gale that howls 'round the eaves on such nights. I'm thankful for P.G. Wodehouse and other uplifting authors. And I'm thankful for everyone here, whether I know you or not.

For head phones so I can listen to my music at anytime of day or nite or way past my bedtime without disturbing anyone

Today I'm thankful for fresh hot coffee that just slides down your throat, for people that I can email and really be honest with, for Christ-focused music that will bring me back from mental places that I don't want to be. I'm thankful for my family, for putting up with and not giving up on me through the pain I've caused them. I'm thankful for my friends, for being there for me even when they really don't understand what I'm going through. And I'm thankful for fuzzy socks that look funky and are uber comfortable, chai lattes, and cuddly dogs who don't mind being around me now.

i'm thankful for music which can say just want you want when you dont really know what you want to say

i'm thankful for my family who are trying so hard to make things work

I am thankful I have a warm house to sit in tonight, and a computer that somewhat works!

I am thankful my mom is going to get me a snack wrap and that I am relatively safe at the moment.

I'm thankful for raspberry lattes, for big warm hoodies, for soft, comfy armchairs and sweet emails. I'm thankful for what I've been through, because it's taught me so much, about myself and about others. I'm thankful that I've got a future beyond suicide to look forward to now, that people have given me second and third and thirty-seventh chances to recover, and that I'm doing well in my classes this semester.

I'm thankful for museums, ice cream cones, and slant rhymes. I'm thankful for the still small voice that comes sometimes, gentle hugs, and people who play with my hair.
