CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Been gone a while, computer crash, mssed all my friends. I'm reading some very inspirational books by Andy Andrews, finished the Traveler, the Noticer, and am working on the Heart Mender. If you get a chance give Andy a chance, he will really toutch your heart.

I am on my fourth "read through the whole Bible" tour, and by coincidence (you know how random the Universe is, right?) last night as I went to bed for the Obamination of America, Daniel 4 came up. Now this is one interesting chapter. It is written by the King of Babylon not only a gentile, but King of what is the most prevalent symbol of evil in the Bible, the King that desecrated God's first Holy Temple. Here we read in Nebuchadnezzar's own words his own conversion testimony. Now focus especially on verse 17 and you will be at peace with the Obaminator's victory. God is still on His throne, as He reminded me last night in His usual "random coincidence" way.
