I recently heard the Mozart "Great" Mass in C minor on Sirius. It's a classical piece, but it would qualify as Christian music. The Kyrie eleison movement was used in the Amadeus movie. The soprano solo from about 2:11 to 4:50 is stunningly beautiful. Hard to believe Wolfie was only 26 when he wrote this.

If you haven't heard Laudate Dominum, it's another of my favorites. A musical setting of Psalm 117 for soprano and chorus. It's ethereal. Mozart was only 24 when he composed it.
