White chocolate cheesecake made. Just waiting for it to cool, before I pop it in the fridge. I think I messed up the crust by not mixing enough butter.
Update: I think its the best cheesecake I made. I tried a new recipe. The crust could of used a bit more butter, but it turned out good. I brought it to the Prayer and Fellowship night at my church. One of the sisters is a baker, and she gave me full stars for it.
