Today i've been a total seagull.
2 packets of crisps, 2 melon pots and an avocado. Oh and three cups of ginger tea. It counts as food, it has calories.

That is hardly anything.

I had 2 oatabix with milk and sugar, three or four chocolate biscuits, a chocolate bar, a packet of crisps, a microwave veggie cottage pie, two apples, and a can of tuna.

Yesterday I had:

1 cup coffee + sugar (which I have yet to kick completely)

@ work (worked a 12 hour day today) : Basmati rice, raw celery and tomato, Celtic sea salt for breaky(kept me going for hours) :)

lunchish: mince meat (beef) + celery - which made me tired (too much) so...

another cup of coffee with sugar :(

4 hours later, more basmati rice with tomato and celery

after work, @ home: homebrewed beer + homemade beef jerky = put me to sleep.

For early morning breaky: grapes

Then:

Basmati rice,tofu,cooked onions,romaine lettuce,tomato,celtic sea salt,oil.
for brunch

Then:

Wholegrain fettucini and Borlotti Beans with tomato, celtic sea salt and oil for mid afternoon tea.

It's 8pm and I'm still full. I'll probably have a few peices of chicken before bed.

Haha, thanks for the offer; but I really can't cheat my diet.

:sorry: Unless... tomorrow is my workout day. I could always add some extra weight to my workout for extra burnage of calories.

Yeah ,yeah that I would do just work out a little more :D besides diets are no good it should be a change of lifestyle .
