Today I had:

Basmati rice, whole grain bread and veggies for breakfast

A whopper (no cheese) for lunch (first in like a month)

Basmati rice with herbs for afternoon snack

I'm drinking homemade beer at the moment

Dinner will be baked chicken.

I had buffalo wings and chips n salsa for my "lunch" tonight
skipped breakfast (shhhh don't tell the boy! He'll be unhappy!)
lots of coffee...

Today i've been a total seagull.
2 packets of crisps, 2 melon pots and an avocado. Oh and three cups of ginger tea. It counts as food, it has calories.

In my left hand currently is Campbell's Classic Tomato soup. I adore the "heat and go" soup- so easy!
