I have cut soda from my diet. I try n drink it once a wee
k. But other wise I stick with filtered water i filter the water from the kettle and place it in 600ml bottles. And freeze for a while nice n cold. The best drink that is refreshing. I dont understand why we have to drink anything else but water. Coke n that is man made. so why place it in our bodies for ? Am confussed LOL
