Yes -- The way I do it I steep a bag of Kava tea in a cup of regular
coffee. Since acquiring a new job as a cashier (which is quite a feat if
one is both introverted and mildly dyscalculic (a.k.a. 'math dyslexia'),
the Kava has really helped curb the anxiety I was experiencing. It's
been a Godsend, and is now become a part of my daily routine!

Kava is great for relaxation, as is passionflower.Reborn Yet Again said:Does Kava relax you? I heard it's good for insomniacs as well.
Thanks, Rebecca Sue. To the extent that I know what I'm doing,Ok, I'm trying this today. And also my heart goes out to you, I have been a cashier with both those challenges. I hope you enjoy your work. The customers can be a blessing or a real challenge!
It sure does!Does Kava relax you? I heard it's good for insomniacs as well.
It sure does!
Chamomile is another tea that's effective in soothing the nerves,
though I think its effects are a bit subtler than that of Kava.
Plus, it doesn't come with the warnings Kava does, lol!
I think Valerian is another tea that's good for relaxation, though
I haven't tried it yet.
