  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Having a 'home' day. So much to clean up, seems to be the same routine every day. Might get fish and chips tonight although have a cooked chuck in the fridge from yesterday.... seems a shame to waste it but can't be bothered to create a magnificent creation from cold chicken, potatoes, carrots and broccoli AGAIN. Too much washing to do, can't be bothered to go outide and hang it out, would rather curl up with a coffee, chocolate (of course) and a xword whilst keeping an eye on the chick flick I've put on. But alas, one toddler will not allow it. And I want another one????? Do I????

Took photos of one of my graduating seniors today with my new digi cam. They came out awesome! Going home in a few minutes to see my main squeeze - probably go for a walk and make art and have some other kinds of fun tonight. See ya's!

I had a coldish day today in terms of trying to stay warm...dinner last night went splendidly and I received positive feedback from my girlfriend about it (I cooked chicken Kiev with peas, corn and panfried potatoes), then we watched Phantom of the Opera (fabulous movie - I recommend it highly :clap: ).

I went to class..it was the last day...went to the beach afterwards....i have been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO tired ALL day....i know its coz the fact i was at the movie theater for 11 hours yesterday...got out at 2 30 and went to bed at 4..woke up at 8am :yawn:.......im still trying to get over the fact that its all over now.......ive been crying like on and off.....thats understandable for a fan like me who is so dedicated and loyal since i was 6 years....seriously...it was like the best of the 6..(besides ROTJ).........my heart is torn :sigh:....i still have to see it a few more billion times though....

As to work - ack, eesh and blah blah blah. Boring in the morning, then rush rush rush in the afternoon (my boss let me go at leave time, even though the last patient wasn't started yet).

Have had HJs for dinner, and now just chilling on my various forums. Probably be watching Serendipity later...

yes yes it was a very long day.. sascha i cant even take a break from my church commitments coz im using it for my work for the dole. but i have 5.5 hours up and thats how long my thursday is at the church so im taking kids club off next week. *sigh*

at the church today i cleaned out the files, as in took them all out and vacumed then replaced the broken ones. then i put together about 100 packs for red sheild. drove to work where i had my lunch break while walking from my car to the oshc room eating a peice of friut. so i worked all arvo finsehd late coz coopers dad arived 20mins after we close. drove home to get elmo. went to youth and eat dinner at youth. now im home.......... and about to go to bed for another long day tomorow

got a Kodak CX7530. very cool camera with 32mb built in memory :)

overall today i had a really horrid day.. work sucked... well apart from drivin an FPV F6 Typhoon. just got back from youth which was good.
