I'm helping my brother study for the OSSLT exam via Skype. Apparently, they are hunkering down for a wicked snow storm in Ontario. *gulp* I think we live in Narnia and Aslan has forgotten about us. TOO MUCH SNOW!

Celebrating Valentines Day and my wedding anniversary to the only guy I've ever slept with and married many MANY years ago. We'll have an egg mcmuffin in a bit--he'll pick it up on his way back from the post office--and then enjoy the afternoon playing 42 (a domino game) with friends. Nothing exciting but quite satisfying. Meanwhile I'm putzing around the forum with you guys.

Having a very short work week.

Monday was a federal holiday.

Tuesday at work (and found out my boss is being replaced)

Wednesday the office was closed due to a winter storm.

Today the office was open but since cleanup was not that complete, they offered the option of unscheduled leave; which my wife and I took.

Will probably go to work tomorrow. 2 day of work this week.

About to start packing. We are going to Virginia Beach for a week. My newest Grandson is due to be born and my wife and her sister are attending the Mid Atlantic Quilt show next weekend.

I just started Sunday dinner: potato soup in the instant pot. I ran a couple loads of laundry and did dishes, too, as well as getting some uninterrupted reading time. Idk the last time I had alone time like this.
