Just racked first ever batch of homemade wine. Bottle tipped over...wine all over floor. Racking lesson learned: Secure bottle first. Taste tested. Zowie!! Strong.

Started another 3L of wine from grape juice.

Marinaded Beef Jerky finished dehydrating: put into container

Chores: dishes, laundry, litterbox,shopping.

Played more Mozart on the piano.

Activities from about the last 1½ hours.

I am assuming it was a red wine you made? Nice tho(not the tipping part tho).

Once I get this big truck bill taken cared of, I want to start home brewing beer. I'll start with the kits though to get the premises down.

I am jamming out to some music, getting ready to open up some Troegs Hop Back Amber Ale and goofying around on the internet till I decide what to do in a few hours. Mom's b/f is coming so we'll be eating soon and loving I'm off of work tomorrow with pay.
