Lol no.. there are tons and tons of films I've yet to see.

Growing up in a conservative Christian home.. most movies I wasn't allowed to watch. So I've had a late start in a sense.

Yeah.. I'm kind of sore about my upbringing.. if I ever have children.. I don't want to be strict with content like my father was. I'll pretty much let them watch/listen/game anything. Might be the son going the other extreme as the parent.. still.. I just don't want my future children to feel as hindered as I did. Lol.

I still love my father.. and there was a logic behind his beliefs. He didn't think it was right for a Christian to have any satisfaction whatsoever in another human's pain.. fiction or reality. Even beyond his faith.. he was always extremely sensitive towards the pain of another. He really couldn't stand seeing someone else hurt on TV to a degree that was bordering on ridiculous.

I take more of a biological/psychological approach.. it's human to like to see other's hurt and whatnot.. doesn't mean you're actually a bad person. Perhaps it would be best if humans were wired to be loving to all creatures but we're not.. and to take out some of these urges in entertainment and not actually harm others.. I think is an acceptable thing.

I agree. One extreme or the other is never a good thing. It tends to have the opposite effect. I try to be moderate or considerate of others while staying true to my own personal beliefs.

Oh wow.. they're bringing the Rugrats back. This was one of my favorite cartoons as a kid. Might give it a watch.. if the new show is more in the style of the early seasons.. where the writing was more witty and had more adult references.

The voice of Chuckie doesn't sound half bad either.. considering I know they had to replace him.. since the original voice actress died a few years ago. Angelica sounds like the original voice actor. Dang though.. I know Stu's voice actor is dead.. so is the original voice actor of the grandpa.

Annie Hall is good. But if I were you, I’d start with his earliest work and proceed to his latest. His first movie was What’s New Pussycat?

He has that quirky New York humor and pathos in his movies that I find fascinating.

They still do. My uncle was tarred and feathered but my mom’s side of the family is from the south.
