CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Currently reading The Present (with religion), a free online book that you can go to by following the link in my signature. It is an incredible book; I've read it several times now, despite it's length. I seem to learn something new every time I read it.

I also started reading the Harry Potter series over again. 
Now I'm working on Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix. I have to say, though, that the books seemed a lot more interesting some years ago, and I didn't find the finnish translations so irritating. Now I've started picking mistakes and odd formulations out of the books, even though I don't even intend to do it, LOL. I don't know, perhaps I'm just too much at school.

Just finished "A distant Music,and "The Wind Harp" by B.J. Hoff.Awesome(Mountain Song Legacy) series.
Next thinking of starting "Sister Chicks In Sombreros" by Robin Jones Gunn,while I'm waiting for my library reserve of the last book of The Mountain Song Legacy series-"The Song Weaver" to come in.

Loved "Sister Chicks In Sombreros" by Robin Jones Gunn.
Now reading the amazing "Following Christ:Experiencing Life The Way It Was Meant To Be" by Joseph M. Stowell. I believe this one is a "keeper" that I will have to order for my own Christian collection.
