CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I finished London Refrain (by Bodie & Brock Thoene) yesterday and started The Guardian (by Dee Henderson). I'm also reading Up From Slavery (by Booker T. Washington) and Hamlet (edited by Harold Jenkins).

I just got finished reading the first Christ Clone book (In His Image). It's an interesting take on the Anti-Christ and end times. Really good stuff. PM me if you've read it. Oh, I'm waiting on C.S. Lewis Space Trilogy to come in 9bought it on e-bay the other day). I read it a while back when I wasn't a Christian...I wanna see what it's like now that I am . Anyways,

Just finished The Little Friend by Donna Tartt. 555 pages and an unsatisfying ending - very frustrating!

The dev!l loves rock and roll
i got bored with Glue. Went on too long, would have been OK if shorter and a little different. Im now re-reading "insomnia" by Stephen King. It links well with the Dark Tower series (actually he has linked Dark Tower with most of his books, some in the very books and some linked back to if you get my meaning. - shame some of the dark Tower stories are a little boring, he's got great stuff in them and some boring stuff in them).
