I am reading House right now by Ted Dekker....OH my goodness....beats Stephen King by a long shot! I am scared and I only began it really today!

the stand is my favorite too! (by the way SK actually links dark tower to THAT too
) I intend to read Firestarter when i find it in the library (that also subtly links to the stand).the book is good. i havent seen the movie. Ive seen the Stand movie.
Yeah its (dark tower) very much like a western but it interweaves mythology (mostly of Kings own making), some of it very good. But a couple of the books needed shortning. maybe i'll finish the series one day! Dark Tower has been a very long work in progress for King.
I also like 'Salems lot and the Tommyknockers. Many of his short stories are brilliant too.
