CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What you are referring to is REPS
Reputations in the past were used to rate someone in a postive or negative manner.
Now people have a contests etc to get the highest number, use it just to send a quick note about a post, or to say hello.
Check your USER CP to see the reps you have received or given
Others' reps can be seen in the upper right corner of their posts

Blessings are used like money to buy and feed virtual pets, and to buy items for your *Living *Avatar.
*The Living Avatar feature is currently down
(no creations/edits can be made)
They hope to restore it ASAP
People use them just as 'blessings' also (gesture of friendship)
There is also a forum in the 'blessings exchange' (games) for members wishing to get more blessings ...and to fellowship/play games Blessings Exchange - Christian Forums
Your TRANSACTION LOG is located using either the CHECK or PURCHASE BUTTONS on your personal info section
(top right of every CF page)
CHECK= viewing blessings received and the ability to transfer some into savings so they can accrue interest weekly
PURCHASE=allows you to bless others
If you receive blessings and want to reply via PM to the donor, you must COPY/PASTE their name in the recipient area of your PM after you hit REPLY.
If the donation is anonymous you can post a thank you note in Armor/Blessings Thanks
