So he identifies you as a heretic as well, but he hasn't called you out, only because you haven't been attacking him. Just wanted to make sure you knew.

Regarding HU, I don`t recall ever expressing an opinion on it. I would probably accept the term if it came down to it but I`m not 100% sure at this time.

And fact is, I`ve been attacking him although I don`t recall him calling me a heretic.

Of course the two of you can easily reconcile. All you have to do is concede that Christ was a created human soul. Any particular reason you won't concede this point?

Jesus isn`t a creation and I think JisY and I both agree on that. Jesus does say He is the beginning of the creation of God but that doesn`t mean same thing.

Why do you keep trying to put words in his mouth? Look at all the exchanges between the two of us where I mentioned "created human soul". Now count how many times he denied this charge. Oh that's right, he didn't.

Because that's the orthodox position. They insist that the soul placed within Christ's body was NOT the uncreated Son. God somehow merged a created human soul into the Trinity. (I provided an article earlier that confirms this understanding)

(2) Unlike you, he has EXPLICITLY declared himself a defender of the hypostatic union, which doctrine DOES involve a created human soul.

So what's the false accusation?

Any end to your lies? Where did I deny that Christ had a soul? He did have a soul. Whose name is Yahweh, not some created human being.

Oh trust me, post 850 blows away any traditional claims to immutability, with or without the theory of hypostatic union. So I couldn't care less whether you comment on HU.
