We're having a heat Wave!

My cousin and I were once threatened with being sent off to the nuthouse because we were telling stories while sitting on a neighbor's wall in the pouring rain and laughing our food heads off. What do EXPECT from 13 year old GIRLS???!!!!!

Now, now, now, my friend! I haven't a food-head!

It's been raining like crazy here too...below 0 Celsius...it's crazy. Our little Scottish neighbor and her Scottish Terrier Rufus get all bundled up and Rufus wears a little dog-sized wool sweater. Then the two of them parade up and down the street like anything!

Whenever I build up the energy, I'll put up a couple of photos for you lot to see.

EDIT: Here's just a couple, its dark now so our neighbor isn't out. I'll ask her if I can take a few tomorrow. Rufus's sweater is the cutest thing!

Yes, it's supposed to be cooler again today here, but we will have to see it to believe it. Our church meets in a high school, and the toddlers go to a class room that is up stairs (fancy putting the under 3's in a room upstairs, I have to carry my little one up 2 sets of stairs to get there lol) Anyway, the point I am getting to, is it is always quite hot up there, so I am hoping that today it will be cooler. The hall is hot too, so yes, I am hoping it will be cooler here today.

Tell you what though! I got under the doona last night and snuggled up! And sleep!
It was a beautiful night for sleeping. Today is cooler too...but...we have been warned that Australia is in for a massive heat wave soon. Have any of you heard that?
