Well today is the day

Hello Brothers and Sisters
Today at 11 am I will preach my Dads funeral, I have very mixed emotions with finding him as I did and why he would want me too for that matter, But I realize that on this earth I will not receive those answers.
The Marines are doing the 21 gun salute and bugling Tapps with a flag folding afterwards and I think Dad would have been happy with this.
It is raining right now and I believe it is tears from heaven.
Today I will preach my heart out, Not just for my Dads honor but also those in attendance that are self absorbed and full of pride and selfishness.
I could choose to be very angry in how I have been treated by these particular people since Dads death, but I choose instead to love them and minister God's Word to them in the hopes that they can find some peace and joy in their hearts as well.
I feel that Dad would be honored to know that I preached His funeral and was still able too, after what I have been through. Maybe this is why we wanted to find him as he did?
I don't know, but ether way I press on and I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Again I thank each of you for walking this journey with me in all your prayer and support, You have blessed me so much and I am forever indebted to you all. God bless each of you.
