No ads will be shown to Premium members. Just like the old style.

It's definitely modernized and has a social media amongst friends feel now, rather than simply a forum amongst strangers.

In the old style I still got ads to upgrade to Premium on mobile.

I agree. It might just take some getting used to. Hopefully there's an option to switch to the old view but I won't sweat it if there isn't.

Just one glitch (and sorry if this it too soon, but as a web developer I like to know when there are random issues )

Sometimes - not always - when I close the side menu, the top bar stays to the side for about 3-4 seconds after the side menu closes. See attached photo:
