As far as the post scroll thing, I think that is a browser issue. It's not happening for me, and when it does, it is usually because of someone having html in their custom title or signature that isn't translating to the board.

Again, from what I have read, it seems to only be happening to some people.

I'm having problems with my character. Does anyone know of a way I can start fresh and create another one. I had one up but started having probs when I tried to add a background.

To get the background behind everything you either have to put it on first, or keep hitting the "layer down" button until it's behind everything else. It's a pain to have to do that, but it works.
