Angel, I'm a graphic fanatic, I thrive on color & cute images and fonts, etc.
I'm just waiting to see what they're still working on & hoping it comes back. I guess they aren't near done yet.

The Site Support & bank issues have my attn. Oh, the hairstyle I had isn't available in the CF "salon"... lol that's got me saddened. lol

I guess I'll wear a pippy longstockings wig or something instead. heh

I agree with the site support and bank stuff. They are definitely a concern. I'm saddened by the character because I would have to choose between my character and my avatar and I liked having both and seeing both on other people's posts. Oh and the rep thing as well....I can't see my or anyone else's rep points.

As for the layout, I don't really care a whole lot about what a site looks like. But this, to be honest, is very hard on my eyes. Last night and this morning I've gotten headaches from reading. I hope this gets changed very soon.

Your guestbook is still accessible too. I don't think you can post to them any longer but at least you can still see the messages you've received.

so you now have to click on somebody's profile just to see their faith icon?

And it doesn't even show up on the first page you get when you do look at a profile. YOu have to look for it. I hope they change that. It's going to cause problems in the "denominational" forums.

we cant get rid of the items either so we can use the characters and if i knew i couldnt have a character and my avatar i would have sold off all my armory before this change

Same here, Angel. I had actually considered doing that, just in case. But I thought the change was going to be done on Monday. I had to leave unexpectedly on Thursday and got back Sunday afternoon. I came online to save things and thought about selling things. However, the site was already down when I got on Sunday.

I like the new layout...simpler and more streamlined. I don't know how people can say that the older version was easy on the eyes...perhaps a bit easier, but also a lot more confusing, especially for new people. I understand how it might be difficult for those who are veterans here...but adjusting to change is part of life, yeah? I'm happy for the changes here. May it continue!

these avatar characters are super small, look at mine, also it takes forever to change them and load them and the mouth and eyes take an eternity to put in the right place..ugh..i think i might just forget the whole character thing it dont seem worth it..but now i lose like 200,000 blessings that i spent for all the character items..what a bummer..this kinda stinks

and what happened to the THANKS button from last night...i loved that!

This new look and feel will run smoother but it is also trimmed down a lot.

I am not sure I will like this as much as the previous one.

If you add a "homepage" entry to your profile, it shows up in the drop down from your user name. Just as convenient, but CF doesn't have to have the bandwidth to handle it.

Things are coming along nicely!

I am glad to hear that. Now there are some problems but I expect you will address them as time goes by. For one it will cost me 52,000 blessings to withdraw from my savings account. Not good. I think it may be even more if I get the penalty too.

We did not know that the changes would be this when we put those blessings away. I think all charges need to be suspended until everyone can get organized again.

I think the previous site had a fun look and feel to it and the characters added to that a lot for people, plus the pets.

The site as it is now seems like the generic kind with some modifications. I wonder if the owner realizes that this could affect how many people continue to use their site?

Lets see i have no blog, no homepage, no character (it wont work for me now that ive repurchased 3/4ths of my way more than 1000 items because they all show up on one page and it freezes) and can only have a character or avatar but not both and would have sold off my entire armory and not wasted it if i knew beforehand ...

No i am not happy right now.
