Honorable mentions:
"Genius in France"
"Pancreas"
"Your Horoscope For Today"
"My Baby's In Love With Eddie Vedder"

Of his originals, my picks would include "Everything You Know Is Wrong", "Midnight Star", "Your Horoscope for Today", "Dare to Be Stupid", "Frank's 2000" TV", "Nature Trail to Hell", "Skipper Dan"...the man's just a wealth of excellent material.

Honestly, I never really understood the appeal of "The Saga Begins" and "Yoda", which he's almost always used to close out his concerts for the last 15 or so years. They weren't big hits nor are they particularly laugh-out-loud funny, but I guess they just really resonate with audiences.

And then again, I count "Attack of the Radioactive Hamsters from a Planet Near Mars" one of my personal favorites, so maybe my opinions on his songs are altogether invalid. :p
