, I was curious if anyone knew of any good weight loss or tone up tips? I'm 4'11" and about 105 lbs. I'm not really interested in losing the actual weight, but more so the inches. I wear a size 7 pants (in juniors) which seems kind of big for a 4'11", 105 lbs gal. My body has always been unproportioned like this, and it's the strangest thing. I'm not sure if I need to just lose weight and diet, or tone up, or both. Does anyone/has anyone had a similar experience? Or does anyone have any advice?
I'm also a vegetarian (no seafood either), and I tend to eat A LOT when I'm bored or, I just eat because I think, "Mmmm, that taste's good, I think I'll eat it".
