I used to do a weekly weigh in on Saturday mornings. I'm down to 240 from a start of 262. The plan is to only lose another 5 down to 235. I used to play football at 245 but I can't carry the proper weight on my legs anymore, due to a knee injury, so 235 would be a better weight with a better body composition. I was at 9% in college am at 17% now planning to get back down to around 9-12% or so. I used to go to a forum for college people that were doing the Body-for-Life program. Some of the guys there would take weekly pictures and post them. That was great motivation to see other peoples results, these guys were getting very lean and had great nutritional and workout advice.

I just got my BF measured at 11.3 and was pretty happy with it. I did it on vacation, though, and don't know where to get it done locally. Is there any at-home test that is reasonably priced and reliable?
eating disorders stink... im torn between thinking its a good thing and a bad thing. :o
