I have been building a Christian Chuch managment web site (and pack) that i am hoping to distribute for free. At the moment it has some features, but i was hoping for more comments and thoughts. (it runs on php4 + mysql)
Here is what it has:
- Forum
- Chat rooms for meetings
- Members, Contact Lists
- Church Calendar (year view, month view, day view)
- News
- Prayer Requests
- Photo Gallery
- Administration of Pages (no HTML knowledge required)
- Administration of all member things
The concept:
You simply enter church information, member details, and it issues passwords to all members, and you create static pages in the admin area. The idea is that it becomes a kinda biotic growing web site that doesn't require updates or any major administration.
Has anyone heard of anything like this? Would anyone want it for their church? (will be done within the week) What is on your church web site?
