Yes one can find a $65,000 house....then have to put another $20,000 to $30,000 just to make it livable. Your point is taken.

WRONG

I said I paid $40,000 for the house. And if somebody spends $20,000 to $30,000 to clean up & paint a house, that person is STUPID.

I say if somebody wants to buy a $40,000 house for $120,000 is stupid. They could buy the $40,000 house themselves and clean and paint it.

I would feel guilty taking advantage of people in this way. I guess some love the dollar more than the people.

You are also WRONG in that you didn't get the "point taken". You didn't pick up on the FACT that everybody cries about something not being able to be done, somebody else comes along and does the EXACT thing that supposedly can't be done.
What?

I don't know a single person like that, and I have a sneaking suspiscion your just trying to rationalise your beliefs.

For those who keep crying, "It can't be done!!!!" I'll continue to ask why there are people all over the country doing the EXACT things you're saying CANNOT be done!

We're not saying it cannot be done, we're saying that the state has a role in facilitating the ease of doing.

I have an employee who I pay $10 an hour. He owns no car, has no savings, no health insurance, lives with a roommate in an apartment complex that the police frequent for reports of violence. He lives paycheck to paycheck. If he were to become injured and could not work, he would become homeless or a freeloader.

Adults earning $10 an hour can live, as long as they stay healthy.

All I have to say to you is you attack me without knowing me, my circumstances, what I do, what my employee does and other variables.

All I must do is point out this little post of yours....

It might also be worth pointing out that some people's work isn't worth anywhere near $10.00 per hour.

This why I do not respect you. Not only do you insult me but you insult nearly everybody you disagree with.

YOU are the one claiming $10 is not a living wage, but then turn around and admit that you're paying an employee $10 per hour.

Personally, I'd be ashamed of myself.
It might also be worth pointing out that some people's work isn't worth anywhere near $10.00 per hour.
Apparently you don't believe what you write.
