It all comes down to relationship and this within … even as Moses tabernacle (among the great many other things in scripture (and those things without/pasture) teaches this path that is found within every individual … bar none …so many questions in this ...
so one has to first lay out on the table\slab\cross what is ... so yes the way back was open before Christ blood was sprinklered on the mercy seat taking into account Enoch and Elijah ... which we know is a picture of something ... and we also know Christ came in or is the witness of God as in what God did past present future in a day ... His day ... as in all encompassing Jesus was in picture as the pattern son who came to show us the way back by being it so this is when we get to a point of what about the rest of us and by the rest of us i mean everyone for those thinking by calling themselves Christians somehow separates them into something godly apart and special to others ....
so where are those who have died in body\sin prior and after the resurrection of our brother who died in his sin having become sin ... where did he go for three days and where are the rest of the dead now ... not that time has hold over things but are the dead alive\in heaven at this moment or still separate from God by perception ...
so the question is with regard to entering ... is it open or is it closed is kind of an unanswerable question there being no scriptural answer ... or is there a place in-between those who are entering go ( before they fully enter ... like where was Jesus in mind when he rose from his grave and ascended to his\our Father ... and where is he now ...
i don't think heaven is obtainable until all flesh is dead and until then do not see it as something to be gained or something to be lost but rather something revealed in me i have no say in ...
